Welcome to 99only.com, the Website of 99 Cents Only Stores LLC (“99 Cents”) and to the 99 Cents Only Stores Mobile Application (the “99 App”).  Please review the following Privacy Policy that tells you how we collect, use and share information we collect online through our 99 Cents Website, www.99only.com and the 99 App (collectively, the “Site").

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date posted below.  By using this Site or submitting information, you signify your full, complete, and unconditional agreement and assent that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you disagree, do not use this Site.

Information collected and how it is used

Information you provide.  You can browse our Site without providing personal information to us.  We may collect information that you submit when visiting the Site, including (i) feedback, comments, or reviews, or if you participate in question and answer or user forums and submit photos, videos, or other content (“User Submissions”) and (ii) contact information if you sign up for our newsletter or contact us with an inquiry (e.g., email address or telephone number).  You may be required to register to participate in some features of our Site and will be asked for your contact information to do so.  99 App users can choose whether or not to share their location with us by making the selection on their mobile device.  Our Careers page is operated through a third-party service provider.  Your employment application information is submitted to a third party, who provides it to us.  Please read the privacy policy for our service provider before you submit information regarding Careers at 99 Stores Only Stores.

Automatically collected information and cookies.  We automatically collect information when you visit the Site, including your device’s IP address and statistics about how you use the Site.  We use cookies and similar technology to collect aggregate (non-personal) information about Site usage by all of our visitors and to help us remember you and your preferences when you revisit the Site.  These cookies may stay on your browser into the future until they expire or you delete them.  These cookies usually are erased when you close your browser window.  Further general information about cookies and how they work is available at www.allaboutcookies.org.

Children’s Privacy

This Site is not designed nor intended to be attractive to use by children under the age of 18.  We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.  If you are under 13, please do not submit any information to us.

Accessing your information and your choices

You can update, amend or delete your information at any time by selecting “Profile” when you log into your account.

You can choose not to receive emails from us by selecting “Unsubscribe” in any email you receive from us.

You can choose to delete or block cookies by setting your browser to either reject all cookies or to allow cookies only from selected sites.  If you block cookies, the performance of the Site may be impaired and certain features may not function at all.

You can choose to allow or not allow us to collect your location information when using the  99 App.  You can make this selection by visiting the Settings page in your device.

Exercising Your CCPA Rights A. Making CCPA Requests • Access, Correction and Deletion. Sharing Personal Information for Cross-Context Behavioral Marketing Sharing your personal information means making it available to a third party so that they can use it to display targeted or cross-context behavioral advertisement to you.
